根据备忘录，亿纬锂能与台达在全球储能市场深入展开合作，进行优势资源整合，加强在多场景的电芯、BMS、储能系统项目等方面的合作，共同为全球市场注入创新活力，推动战略切实落地，全面助力可持续发展。

On July 10, EVE Energy signed a memorandum of cooperation with Delta Electronics, Inc. (hereafter "Delta") to continue deepening cooperation and consolidating consensus for a new chapter of common development.
