中国储能网讯：为加快储能产业发展，推动能源结构转型，“第七届中国国际储能大会”将于2017年4月24—26日在苏州香格里拉酒店举行。本届大会由中国化学与物理电源行业协会联合中国可再生能源学会光伏专业委员会、中国循环经济协会可再生能源专业委员会、中国可再生能源学会风能专业委员会、中国可再生能源学会并网专业委员会、中国投资协会储能产业投资促进中心、中国机电进出口商会太阳能光伏产品分会、国家太阳能光热产业技术创新战略联盟、中国电建西北勘测设计研究院有限公司光电设计院、中国移动通信集团设计院有限公司、鉴衡认证中心、英国伯明翰大学等单位主办，中国化学与物理电源行业协会储能应用分会与中国储能网承办。

受中国国际储能大会组委会邀请，华北电力大学电气与电子工程学院教授、中国能源政策研究中心主任王鹏先生将出席本次大会，并发表“电力体制改革与储能发展”主题演讲，以下为王鹏教授的个人介绍。

王鹏教授

王鹏，华北电力大学电气与电子工程学院教授、中国能源政策研究中心主任，之前长期在政府监管部门任处长。中国电力体制改革专家，全国电监标委会委员，《电力系统保护与控制》编委，能源研究会研究员，多家公司顾问。

参与了中发9号文件前半程的草拟工作，参与了电改部分配套文件拟定工作；参与了部分省市的综合能源改革方案、电力市场建设方案、配售电组建与运营方案、新能源微电网设计方案研究工作；曾主笔国家电监会和国家能源局多项研究报告。

Dr. Wang Peng, is a Professor of School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, North China Electric Power University, and Director of China Energy Policy Research Center. He was a Director of the electricity regulatory department for many years. He is an expert in China's electricity system reform, a member of the National Electricity Regulatory StandardsCommittee and the Editorial Board of the academic journal "Power System Protection and Control", a Research Fellow  at the China Energy Research Society, and a  consultant with a number of companies. He was involved in the drafting of government documents on China's current electricity system reform, notably  “Some Opinions on Further Deepening the Reform of Electric Power System” , also known as the No.9 document. And he participated in the drafting of some relevant supporting documents for the electricity reform work; he also participated in the comprehensive energy reform program of some provinces and cities , the electricity market construction program, the construction and operation program for distribution and sale of electricity, as well as the design work on renewable energy micro-grid; he took the lead in writing a number of research reports for the State Electricity Regulatory Commission and the National Energy Administration.
